Kind of like going to the barbershop. Very ordinary short haircut. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, didn't bother looking at it. Just started cutting my hair and done in 15 minutes. I am used to my hair dresser taking 45 minutes to try to achieve what I am looking for. Will not be going back there.

I have come here 4 different and each time I’ve left disappointed and hating my hair, they will take no time cutting hair (about 20min) and will cut it too short or forgot to cut an area of hair making the haircut look unbalanced and unnatural.

I highly recommend finding another spot

An incredibly disappointing experience. Linda seemed pleasant enough, but she spent almost no time on my cut and did a very poor job. Do not recommend.

I have been going to this shop for as long as it has been open and even though I moved to Bedford last year I still do! Denise is the best damn hairdresser in the universe! She always cuts my hair EXATLY the way I want and I have never been disappointed. I love this woman! She is a true gem.

Do not expect to get your hair washed, or have any time or care put into your hair. Mine was brushed so aggressively, and cut so quickly I didn’t know what was happening. In and out in 15 mins, leaving me with a poor cut. Will not return.

Yesterday I went to cut my hair and style it we couldn’t cut the hair just the bangs and I didn’t like it but it was ok the thing is she didn’t style my hair she just washed it and dried it and then I had to pay for service I thought she at least gonna style my hair since we didn’t cut it but she didn’t I left the salon really disappointed cuz she told me we’re not able to cut your hair but I gonna style it for u and if what she did to me was a style so it’s the worse style I’ve ever seen
