My 400 hour maintenance was coming up. Chad put out a reminder that filters were on sale, which saved me some cash. So that was appreciated. I called Chloe and she put a 400 hour kit together with all the fixings. She even added a checklist that was highlighted. She also reminded me to change my front axle oil. I have that checklist signed and dated and in an envelope in the garage for future reference. I’m very impressed with the service I received at Westlock Kubota

I have a Z421 Kubota 0 turn mower. 195 hrs. Had a hand-full of parts thrown at it resulting it had no start issue. Help over the phone was like talking to a 12 year old. I ordered the last part that was the key ignition to be the last culprit. My son dropped the mower there and left it in trust they would just put the ignition in. Instead they threw me a $570 of 3 hrs of trouble shooting. They did bring it down but I would tell anyone if you got the choice do not drop your unit there. I will not be back there and the people who have bought units from there in the past 👎👎👎

Went there for a quote on a tractor, was open Saturday. Sales was straightforward, had product knowledge, and was quick to write the quote. The tractor of interest was onsite and very smooth. Have not decided if I will buy it, will look at all brands first before making a decision.

Obviously there has been a decline in the quality of the sales staff from the previous reviews. The salesman we dealt with did not really know the product or pricing. He also could not remember details of the sale or when we would pick up the item. We said we would pick up the generator the following Saturday so they had time to do a PDI. The salesman said that would be fine. When my husband went to pick it up, the store was closed for the long weekend. The salesman's only explanation was that he forgot. A pretty sorry excuse for poor customer service.
