The store is very neat and presentable. However it offers Korean food items and not other Asian foods. I didn't purchase anything and am of the opinion that this is more of a convenience store than a supermarket

the best store ever! i came from van and there is barely any asian shops in vancouver so this is the most authentic one i could find. great guy running the shop, and love the selection in general.

I absolutely LOVE to cook korean cuisine so when I found out about Yale Road Market I was thrilled. Let me start by saying that the man who owns this place takes alot of well deserved pride in his store. He always greets with a smile and is ready to answer any questions you may have about products, food and anything else. This place is clean, organized and STACKED with korean dish ingredients, snacks, frozen food selections, refrigerated goods, curry mixes, rice cakes, frozen noodles, instant Ramen, and so so much more! My personal favorite that keeps me coming back over and over is the kimchi made by his mother's friend. There is a good variety made up of cucumber kimchi, radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi, and let me tell you, this stuff is GOLD. I highly recommend hitting this place up if your into korean cuisine and snacks, I'm a regular for life.

My son experienced an unfortunate incident at/near thia store. The clerk working that day assisted my son and ensured he was not taken advantage of. To the Clerk... we will never be able to thank you enough for being a decent and caring human being. You help to re-instill faith that the human race is generally kind and willing to help. Amazing service from a local run family walk in with my family and he tells my step daughter to grab a new milkis drink on him !! I love it and so glad we went out of our way to stop there cause I I have always appreciated his service!!!!!

Wow, what an amazing selection of items! I bought some cucumber kimchi and was told to try it with as a side with ramen, now I can't not have this flavor combination! Thanks for the suggestion! Also that was some of the best cucumber kimchi I have tried!
