The store has reasonable selection and friendly service. I find it unfortunate however that they have no drop in sit and knit. Only a class you can take(and pay for) to get help. They are losing the opportunity to attract dedicated knitters who would undoubtedly find things that they couldn’t live without if they were spending time there. It also creates a sense of community. This policy projects a prioritizing profit vibe.

EXPERT ADVICE! We were warmly welcomed. The Sales rep provided us with the best advice for our project. I found some lovely merino wool and a free pattern for a snood I was admiring that was on display!
Lots of patterns, accessories, hooks and needles, yarn bowls for sale too!

They will even re-wind your wool into a ball for you, for free, in the store!

Pretty and bright displays. I joined their reward program as I know I will be back to buy more! The Best yarn and service!

Absolutely fabulous business. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. THANK YOU for making my first yarn store experience such a memorable one! I fell in love with this store the moment I walked into it. I was only a few weeks into learning how to knit when I came in. I discovered good quality yarn for the first time ever and have been spoiled by it. I also LOVE their classes. I have been going as much as possible for help on projects. They are so knowledgeable there and welcoming. So glad I discovered them!

Loved, loved, loved the Beginner Crotchet class with Cullen! Took three lessons over three Saturdays and enjoyed the camaraderie of the other group members and step by instructions from Cullen. He has infinite patience and is a fun and knowledgeable teacher!! Hope to do more classes later like make your own crotchet project! Ten out of ten - would recommend!!!

Wow! A most incredible trip to your store recently! Brought my senior mom in to get some guidance, advice and supplies for 2 hat projects she was about to take on. We were greeted by Cullen and he was simply amazing! Took the time to help us with patterns, wool, needles, handy hints, etc. it was like we had our own knitting ‘valet’ expert! He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable! We thank him for our perfect visit! Wonderful store and fantastic staff! Thanks to ‘ewe’ all!
