This happened Sunday may 25th. I went to ida at 3:40. The one door was locked. Thankfully we were still able to shop. The two female employees yelled we close in 20 minutes and stared at us the whole time. It was obvious this sketchy girl with black hair stole then speed walked out. The employees saw and did nothing. They are okay with theft but customers shopping need to be stared at and made to feel uncomfortable. We picked up 2 things and paid. We were in there less than 5 minutes. More customers came in and the employees rudely told each person how much time they had left in the store. I said have a good rest of your day to the employees and they just ignored me. I walked by ida at 3:55 and a gentleman was trying to get in and the employees locked the door. There was was a customer in the store with the door locked. The employees let him out then was rude to the person waiting outside and didn’t let him in. I understand denying sale once 4pm (closing time) but not letting him in the store when there is 5 minutes left is beyond disrespectful. I have worked in service I understand it’s annoying when customers show up right before close but it’s your job so suck it up. It’s different if it’s a restaurant because they would have to cook the food but someone buying something from a pharmacy doesn’t affect the employees too much. You have to recount the cash register it’s not that big of deal.

If a manager or owner sees this please retrain these employees. I won’t be back (unless it’s the only place open)

First visit to the clinic. Everyone very friendly throughout entire store. Dr Bakker and his receptionist are also very friendly. You are not rushed at all. Dr. Bakker very soft spoken , reassuring and thorough. Definitely did not feel like a number. Genuine concern shown. Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience with this pharmacy apparently my insurance covers 100 percent for my medication. And they said that the pharmacy charges 9 dollars extra for refill fee ( I haven’t heard this in any of the pharmacy) when I said to cancel my prescription and I had decided to go to another pharmacy they said that they will waive off the fees n all please be careful if you are planning to get medication from this pharmacy recheck everything.

Pharmacy staff are very helpful! This people work tirelessly 7 days a week just to serve the community that needed this service. Facing different type of customers daily.
Store has many selections from decors to groceries always have sales/discount. You have to go and see it inside. Lots of neat stuff for gifts. They also have lottario and post office.
