Great selection! You can stop by either for a quick brunch/lunch or a coffee break. The shelves are full of European and Turkish items. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I believe they also have an open patio. Worth paying a visit.

I've stop by to meet a friend of mine then realize deli like a hidden gem. So many delicious and carefully picked deli products are in one place. Also, you can get your sandwich and coffee to seat patio during this days.
I tried sandwich with smoked green cheese and hot pasterma which I like it very much. You won't regret this market & deli...

Super great store! Truly reminds me of the older type of European stores. What makes this store amazing is really the staff. Yes the products are great too, but 5 star service.

I typically get my deli meat here since it's different and grat quality and fresh. There are also other great things like fish or little treats. Worth a stop for sure if you want to discover something different.

A true gem for anyone who loves Turkish food and delicacies. Their collection of Turkish delights is fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of varieties to choose from. Beyond that, their deli section is impressive, offering a huge range of quality products. The service is excellent as well; the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with recommendations. Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for authentic Turkish treats and a welcoming shopping experience!

We visited yesterday and were disappointed. The store seems to have changed ownership and profile. Very small selection of European deli stuff and what there was looked unappetizing. Bought the last package of sort of kabanos style sausage, dripping of water and had to dehydrate them for a camping trip. Polish "Ptasie mleczko" was on sale, because the best before date was April 2025. The final straw was Napoleon style cake, dried out after a week or so in the fridge and moulded (!) under the top layer of dough. Never again.

This is an amazing find! Nestled in a row of stores in Kanata north, some of the most interesting grocery offerings anywhere in Ottawa. A generous amount of gorgeous baked goods and sweets. The staff member was so friendly and passionate about her products. She gave me two large squares of Turkish delight in inventive flavors to try. Both were amazing. I bought frozen chicken burgers made by a small company in Toronto. Mrakovic fine foods, Balkan style, absolutely delicious! Everyone from age 4 to 65 loved them on brioche buns. Thanks for the lovely service!

Great place! Zakuska Market has amazing fresh deli meats, and tasty sandwiches. The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend!
