Visited Zangbell & Gill today for the first time. My husbands family has been repeat customer here and I can absolutely see why! The furniture and other items found in the store are so unique and in top shape, reasonably priced, and in style - if you like modern century or “retro/ vintage” style.
Brian (the owner) is a very nice gentleman, really passionate about his business and work. Can tell you a story for each piece that he has!
If you are looking for a unique piece for your house - you will find it there. And if you have some time to spare and you’re in Kelowna’s north end - you have to go there. You might find something very special in there and fall in love with it 🙂

we absolutely love this store! brian is always so friendly, with a complete wealth of knowledge and experience. the vintage treasures are just stunners and all completely one of a kind. he and kendra do such a great job of keeping their social media current, imaginative and fun. you could go weekly and not get bored!

Great store with lots of great items and staff ... Unfortunately I brought them a couple pieces to look at and to hopefully sell to them .. anyways they asked how low I would go and I told them... and he went in and came back and said they could do that price.. I even called them to confirm.. brought the product to them and they paid the agreed upon price. A day later I get a call and they .. tell me they don't want them anymore cause they offered 200 less then what they paid me. I said the deal was fair ..and they told me to never come back so I guess seller beware

I tried to look at some furniture a month ago but was met with appalling anger by the owners. I arrived a few minutes before they opened, so I decided to go next door for a coffee. When I returned, my car was boxed in by two vehicles, which I assumed belonged to the owners. I entered the store, and when I asked if the vehicles behind mine belonged to them, the two owners, an older man and woman, began yelling at me. I tried to explain myself, but they were furious that I had parked in their spot while spending time at a business next door. They threatened to tow my vehicle, and the man called me a disrespectful c*nt. He also threatened to find me and beat me up if I posted a review.

I understand it isn't easy only to have two parking spaces, but I don't think verbally assaulting, and physically threatening potential customers is the way to go.

Two stars because they opened on time, and I think everyone deserves to be reminded of their strengths.

Love this store. Amazing people. Brian is a gentleman. Just delivered our table and helped with it up the stairs. Really cares about his stuff and what he does. I won't tell you his secret bargaining trick either, you'll have to figure that out for yourself. Can't wait to get our next piece from here.

Awesome experience and such lovely people to "do business " with! The selection of mid century modern is very well thought out and extremely unique and the prices are absolutely fair! I always want everything when I visit and leave feeling happy.
