Just a handful of awful experiences. Their meat department is by far the worst I have ever been to.

On a Tuesday. Hi, where can I find your on sale chicken thighs ? “We don’t order those sale items as tomorrow is the last day it’s on sale” (worker laughs)

On a Saturday im buying over $150 worth of beef thick cut short ribs .. these pieces were a little under a foot in length. I politely asked the cutting team to cut them in halves .. they could bag and price them if it made it easier. “For that low price sale item we can’t be taking time and doing that. “ (tells me to basically go away with a “get outta here “ kinda hand gesture)

Just awful truly. I can understand being busy .. but the lack of care is beyond me here. Working in grocery myself for over 10 years and this is some real unique work they have going on here.

Lots of other concerns store-wide. Store Management needs to re- evaluate where their weaknesses are and how to maintain a strong clientele.

THE HOT FOOD SECTION IS AWFUL! Yesterday, my husband and I went to get dinner around 4 PM, we are regulars for the grocery store hot meal pick up easy for end of the day healthier choices! Which is normally cheap and so delicious
The food was not only awful but old ! We got a family meal $40 and couldn’t even eat it 😡
The waffle fries were so old/hard we couldn’t bite them the food clearly had been made for lunchtime around 12 so the food had been sitting for 4 WHOLE HOURS! Absolutely unacceptable.The waffle fries, Trying to rip them apart was a 2 person task and ended up in the trash
The chicken was old over cooked and dry and again literally hard to bite and rip apart
I ended up giving to my dog ,I will not be going again after this new switch in menu and careless staff

Simple and easy to navigate the store and find what any shopper is looking for. Clean and very presentable displays of grocery shelf stocking. Helpful staff if needing to find a specific item. And friendly cashier service.

My mom got us lamb from this location, brought it home and put in the fridge. Best before date 7/18/25. I attempted to cook on 7/16/25 and the meat was grey, slimy, and foul smelling on the bottom.

I seen a documentary on grocery chains altering the best before dates, I hope that is not what happened here.

I like the hot food counter. It's a big store. Therefore there is a lot of selection. I find the staff friendly and helpful.

Any time one of the older manager ladies is there, they would give me this piece as extra… not as my main order 😂 this is why i don’t come here so often like i used too…

My main issue with this location stems from an encounter with a nesting robin in the garden centre last year. It was handled extremely unprofessionally by staff, and I was pretty much told “as long as it isn’t a song bird, we can do whatever we want to it” (a robin is considered song bird!).

I also can’t understand why this location stopped providing baskets for in-store shopping, so now I just use a shopping bag. Sue me Zehrs. Arrest me for not shopping lifting.

Today when I was in close to closing, the staff member making the 15 minute closing announcement SLAMMED the phone down at the end… don’t they train them to hang the phone up before SLAMMING it down on the receiver, causing a ruckus.
