Superbe, large et silencieuse roue pour chat. Malgré les délais causé par la Covid, nous avons reçu notre roue rapidement. Les vidéos youtube explique bien comment assembler la roue. Notre chat à vite appris comment l'utiliser et la journée même de l'arrivé, minou allait par lui même dans celle-ci. Elle en vaux vraiment le prix!

I had the SAME exact situation a lot of these other negative reviews had. Waited months and kept getting excuse after excuse “oh they were damaged in shipping” “oh this time they missed their ocean vessel transfer” and when this all was happening noticed she was still accepting new orders on wheels for the GRAND Ferris (the one we ordered) AND ALSO RAISED the price by $150?! This woman should NOT be in charge of this, Ferris cat wheel company should drop her and find someone competent who has actual customer service skills. While waiting months I was never emailed on time about any type of update or why it’s taking so long I had to reach out each time. The comments on the Facebook reflect the same issues I and others are having on this Google review thread. Get it together, Elizabeth.

We purchased this wheel over two years ago and our cat enjoys it daily. He is a 14lb bengal cat. We chose this wheel because of the size of it. If you're considering a wheel for a longer cat, like a bengal, please do your cat the service of buying a wider wheel like this one. Smaller wheels will cause their back to curve which can lead to strains over prolonged use.

This wheel is also beautiful! People often comment on it when they see it.

I write this review before receiving my product unfortunately. Although I have no doubt the wheel will be exactly what it is supposed to be the customer service isn’t worth it. After placing an order I received an email indicating the wheel has arrived at the warehouse and will be shipped shortly and to expect an email with a tracking number to follow. It took 3 weeks of emails, Facebook messages and comments on posts about the wheels arrival to ZiggyDoo before I finally received an update. The response I was simply “I will ship a new one Monday”. Nothing else. No explanation, apologies or professionalism to be found. I only write this review now after my wheel has shipped as I feared retribution and the chance I wouldn’t get my wheel since the comments asking for an update were deleted. I’m sure this was done so no one else purchasing in the future is to know that she in fact does not ship on time or reply to inquiries. My wheel sat in her house for 3 weeks with no communication, I understand that it’s the holidays and we all deserve a break but I contacted her before and after her posted break. (Which was not indicated until she posted a comment on fb 2 days before said break was over). Ziggydoo has the market for these cat wheels in Canada so your forced to purchase from her but I tell you make sure you push for your tracking number! I just got mine today…..a month after I received a “your wheel is being shipped” email, 6 emails to ziggydoo, various fb messages and a few comments on a post. Every one was polite and kindly asking for an update, this is one of the most unprofessional companies I have purchased from. Here’s hoping the wheel is good 🤞

Worst customer service EVER. Took months to get the wheel. Was told it was out of stock. That’s fine. Took the money fast enough though. Most companies will wait until the item is shipped to bill. The pads lasted only a month. Ordered more and the website said they would be shipped in a couple of days. More than 4 weeks later they finally arrived. The woman who is the distributor would not return my email so I finally found her on IG. Messaged her and got a lame excuse about being sick. She never thought to notify her customers that product would be delayed. I have emailed again about getting more replacement pads (web page says its -at the time of this post-out of all stock) and again no response. Her webpage invites you to email any questions/concerns. Only problem is she won’t reply. Once she has the money 💰 she could care less about the customer. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

As with a previous poster, also writing my review before receiving the product. I'm sure that the product itself is nice, but customer service is extremely poor, not that they care. 1) They didn't let me know that the package would require a signature. Some people have actual jobs and can't be sitting around at home all day waiting to sign for a delivery; (2) I sent an email to Ziggydoo asking them to change their delivery option to remove the signature requirement. No response.; (3) I was forced as a result to contact UPS myself, spending my own money for them to hold the item that I already paid for. Now I have to take time out of my Saturday to drive 40 minutes to pick up an item that should have been delivered to my door. Not cool. Had I known it would be this annoying and difficult to deal with them, I would likely have looked elsewhere.

Our ZiggyDoo arrived 2 yrs ago. Our Bengal took to it right away, but our female Torbi just looked at it and walked away. Fast forward 2 yrs and she now uses the wheel! Some days it is just a stroll and others she goes for a jog. I love that she now loves the wheel too! Plz let me know where I may share a video of her working out.
