Did some shopping at this location this afternoon and was really happy with the customer service that I recived, the 3 employees that were in the store today were great, especially the guy that took the time to help me with my shopping today.

I didn't catch the gentleman's name working Sunday July 21st, but he was absolutely great to deal with.

Of all the stores we went in, he was the only person to actually great us, and talk to us when we walked in.

Thanks for the wife's new flip flops and my new half cabs. We'll stop in again next time through Sudbury.

Amazing staff first off!!!! Lots of different styles,sizes and sales all over the store and there was always a staff member to help!!!! We did my sons back to school shopping there and this was the first time he was ever wanted to come lol I never heard of this store before and now I find my self stopping in once every 10 days lol to see the great sales plus they have a members card too!!! Overall experience with 4 visits since Aug 12 2023 10/10

Awesome customer service! I went in and bought a pair of Vans for 50 bucks which is an awesome price for Vans. The staff were super sweet and welcoming. I’ve rarely went into the store but I’ll be going back for sure.

Outstanding service. My daughter is a complete beginner and it was daunting to go in with only internet research as guidance. The manager took his time to explain every step/piece of equipment/cost to her in depth, gave us time to choose with no pressure and taught her how to put the grip tape on. I can't recommend this stire enough.

Zooms has a lot of nice clothing brands and accessories for reasonable prices
Skateboards to chains and watches, decent shoe collection and apparel from sweaters to pants
More curated towards a teen and younger adult demographic, I wouldn't recommend your grandmother shop here for herself... Unless your grandmother is hip like that!
Unfortunately it's located in the Sudbury mall and their hours aren't the best.
